Terms of Use

This website is operated by AJ Sushi LLC ("American Japa Sushi", "we", "us"), registered in the State of Florida. By using this website or joining the Japa Rewards program, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or the program.

Earning. Stamps are earned only by consuming a rodizio experience (Basic or Premium Experience) and having your personal QR code scanned by our staff at the time of the visit. A la carte items, takeout and delivery orders never earn stamps. One stamp per member per 24-hour period.

Rewards. Rewards (for example, a sign-up discount or a free Basic Experience after a set number of rodizios) are issued to your account, are personal and non-transferable, have no cash value, and expire 30 days after they are issued unless stated otherwise. Expired or already-used rewards cannot be redeemed.

Redeeming. To redeem a reward, open your live reward ticket on your own phone and show it to our staff before paying. Screenshots are not accepted; the ticket is animated and time-limited precisely so it cannot be reused or faked. Rewards cannot be combined with other promotions unless we say so, and are valid for dine-in only where indicated.

Fair use. We may suspend or close accounts that abuse the program (for example, sharing QR codes, creating multiple accounts with the same phone or email, or attempting to forge check-ins). One membership per person: phone numbers and email addresses must be unique.

Changes. We may change, pause or end the program or any promotion at any time. Rewards already issued remain valid until their expiration date.

By verifying your phone number you consent to receive program-related text messages from us. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of marketing messages at any time, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Reservations, online ordering, maps and messaging buttons on this site lead to third-party services (such as Shift4, Google and WhatsApp). We are not responsible for their content, availability or policies.

Menus, prices, hours and promotions shown on this site may change without notice and may vary by location. All content on this site (text, photos, logo, design) belongs to AJ Sushi LLC and may not be copied without permission.

This website is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, AJ Sushi LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or the rewards program. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
